First Baptist Church of Rutherfordton understands the importance of connecting spiritual truths in the everyday lives of children beginning at birth. As each child is precious in God’s eyes, so are the children to every preschool and children’s teacher and leader at First Baptist Church.

Preschool

Our Preschool Ministry serves children from birth through kindergarten.

  • sunday school

Preschool Sunday School is a combination of Bible story, crafts, games, and play. Our terrific leaders meet the children where they are and find ways to include the Biblical truth of Christ's love into the play that preschoolers do.

Preschool Sunday School meets at 9:45 a.m. on Sunday mornings.

  • worship care

Preschoolers are welcome to attend worship with their parents, attend for a portion of the worship service (typically until the children's moment), or they may stay in their classroom for both Sunday school and worship.
